Kathy served as a law clerk to the Hon. Glen M. Williams, US District Court, Western District of Virginia. She is admitted to practice in the US Supreme Court, US Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits, and the US District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and of New Jersey. She is the founder and director of the Firm’s Water Policy Institute, seeking innovative sustainable solutions to water supply and quality issues.
